Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic eCommerce Brand Director to lead the Direct-to-Consumer division in a full-time remote role, responsible for P&L management, driving sales performance, and executing cross-platform marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive sales and ensure business meets net sales and contribution targets
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns, including promotional strategies and on-site merchandising
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, and paid marketing to optimize performance
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in an eCommerce/direct-to-consumer setting; Shopify experience is required
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email, and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to develop and create eCommerce campaigns in a DTC/B2C setting
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals and digital sales analytics
  • Previous P&L ownership and familiarity with business financials and sales channels
