Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic eCommerce Brand Director for a full-time remote position, responsible for driving sales performance, leading campaign execution across multiple platforms, and managing P&L for the Direct-to-Consumer division.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and ensure business meets net sales and contribution targets
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns, including promotional strategies and on-site merchandising
- Lead cross-functional coordination of marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, and paid marketing
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in an eCommerce/direct-to-consumer setting; Shopify experience required
- Experience with digital marketing platforms including social media, email, and performance marketing
- Proven ability to develop eCommerce campaigns in a DTC/B2C environment
- Strong understanding of eCommerce analytics and KPIs, with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Previous P&L ownership and familiarity with business financials and sales channel responsibilities
