Ecommerce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to join their project delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements for ecommerce site functionality and integrations
• Gather and document business needs and translate them into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage requirements throughout the development cycle and support User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, specifically with Shopify and Shopify Plus
• Background in services agency and eCommerce integrations with ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM systems
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or relevant Product Owner experience
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
