eCommerce Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the eCommerce team by delivering accurate sales forecasts based on current business trends and macro-economic factors
• Assist in creating the Annual Operating Plan with realistic KPI targets through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Develop and oversee processes for effective forecasting and planning across departments to ensure alignment in assumptions and sales outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, demand planner, or in a similar role
• 1+ years of experience managing total-business sales forecasts
• Understanding of the omni-channel retail industry with a focus on eCommerce or DTC channels
• Experience in querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets
