Ecommerce Buying Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the Buying and Merchandising teams, the remote Ecommerce Buying Assistant will manage product data entry, coordinate product launches, and optimize site merchandising while leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product classification and cross-categorization using AI-assisted tagging tools
• Execute product data entry and bulk creation through PIM systems and spreadsheets
• Support site merchandising and navigation optimization based on performance data

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce, buying, merchandising, or planning
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a work context
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Enthusiasm for fashion, retail, and ecommerce
