Ecommerce Client Success Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, E-commerce, Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and ensure strategic counsel and flawless implementation of solutions
• Cultivate client relationships and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
• Optimize processes, collaborate with other departments, and stay updated with industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of client services experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in digital marketing or e-commerce
• Recent experience with CPG clients or Retail Media Networks (RMNs)
• Proven expertise in agency-led storytelling and growing client accounts
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to the e-commerce industry
