Job Summary
To support a growing U.S. marketing expansion, the contract Post Purchase eCommerce Writer will produce high-quality marketing and website content for a Shopify SaaS platform, focusing on post-purchase customer retention while adhering to established brand guidelines, working remotely for approximately 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Rewrite and optimize website copy as part of a major rebranding initiative
- Create landing page copy and technical product content that communicates product features and value
- Produce blog articles, paid advertising copy, and event collateral related to Shopify and eCommerce
Required qualifications
- Proven experience writing for Shopify or B2B SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of eCommerce and customer retention strategies
- Experience creating website copy, landing pages, and blogs
- Excellent persuasive copywriting skills and ability to learn complex software products quickly
- Strong English writing and editing skills
