Job Summary
Driving conversion rate optimization efforts, the full-time Ecommerce Conversion Optimization Manager will lead A/B testing, manage agency relationships, and enhance the digital storefront experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and average order value
- Manage integrations with external CMS platforms and ensure optimal performance of the Shopify platform
- Oversee the ecommerce project roadmap, balancing CRO tests and feature builds while keeping stakeholders aligned
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in a DTC or consumer brand environment
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, including flows, discounts, and themes
- Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization and running A/B tests
- Proficiency with analytics tools like FullStory or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building ecommerce dashboards and reports
