Ecommerce CRO Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ecommerce CRO Project Manager to enhance the digital storefront experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates and customer journeys
• Manage Shopify platform configurations and oversee integrations with external CMS platforms
• Act as the primary contact for agency relationships and coordinate sales event execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of ecommerce experience, preferably in a DTC environment
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and demonstrated CRO experience
• Proficiency with FullStory or similar analytics tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end communication
• Experience managing multiple agency and vendor relationships
