Job Summary
Managing Amazon Ecommerce sales for key brands, the remote Customer Development Manager will execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and profit growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining relationships with Amazon and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategic plans on Amazon to meet revenue and profit growth objectives
- Identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth, presenting recommendations to Ecommerce Leadership
- Oversee relationships with Amazon and agency partners while ensuring alignment with budget and product distribution goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; MBA is a plus
- At least 5 years of consumer product sales experience, with 3+ years in brand building on Amazon
- Proven Amazon 1P sales experience with effective pricing and promotional strategies
- Experience in project management within a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship and account management skills, with a collaborative approach to driving initiatives
