Job Summary
Owning the analytics for Greenlight's devices business, the full-time Ecommerce Data Analyst II will define measurement frameworks, analyze marketing performance across Shopify and Amazon, and provide actionable insights to drive device sales and subscriber conversions in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end measurement framework for device sales across Shopify and Amazon, defining KPIs and building reporting
- Analyze the full funnel from ad impression to purchase and subscription conversion, identifying key marketing drivers
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide current insights on device sales and marketing performance
Required qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in data or analytics, specifically in e-commerce or retail marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify analytics and Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write efficient queries and maintain analytics logic
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation tasks
- Understanding of attribution models and experience with analytical problem scoping
