Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing with DTC brands
• Proven track record in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data analysis
• Strong command of Shopify and landing page builders
• Experience managing media buyers and translating data into strategic insights
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization
