Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end management of ecommerce activities, the fully remote Head of Ecommerce will oversee commercial performance, operations, and growth strategies for existing and new consumer product businesses while managing platforms like Shopify and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and scaling of ecommerce businesses, focusing on revenue and profitability
• Manage existing product launches and improve customer experience across all storefronts
• Identify new ecommerce opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience managing and scaling ecommerce businesses
• Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and Amazon marketplace operations
• Experience with ecommerce analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
• Proven track record in managing supply chain, fulfillment, and operational workflows
• Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies in ecommerce
