Key Responsibilities

• Represent business and customer experience perspectives on capital projects for gifting features
• Act as the primary digital experience liaison with cross-functional partners to support gifting projects
• Analyze gifting trends and insights, conducting benchmarking research and reporting on program performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a strategy or customer experience role
• Deep knowledge of the global retail or e-commerce B2C industry
• Experience with business analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a customer-centric environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
