eCommerce Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, eCommerce Finance Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the month-end close process by providing support schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of EU, AU, and UK sales data files for VAT returns and manage corporate card documentation
• Assist with special projects to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting roles, preferably in the music industry or eCommerce
• Proven ability to manage projects and work within tight deadlines
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products; experience with SAP, Monday.com, and Sharepoint is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
