eCommerce Growth Coach
Job Summary
Experienced ecommerce operators will find a full-time remote opportunity as an eCommerce Growth Coach, responsible for managing a portfolio of Foundr Operators Membership members, diagnosing growth challenges, and providing tailored coaching across traffic, conversion, retention, and economics.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct two to five coaching calls per week and monthly progress check-ins with assigned members
- Build trusted relationships and keep members engaged, accountable, and progressing towards their goals
- Develop frameworks, templates, and resources to enhance the coaching program and support member success
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience in managing or growing ecommerce or DTC brands
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and performance analysis
- Broad understanding of ecommerce growth areas: traffic, conversion, retention, and economics
- Proven ability to diagnose business challenges and translate strategies into actionable steps
- Genuine coaching mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
