Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the end-to-end ecommerce growth strategy for high-growth DTC brands
• Partner with paid media teams to align acquisition strategies with conversion rates and profitability
• Lead analytics and performance measurement to connect marketing outcomes to business goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing
• Deep understanding of the DTC ecommerce stack including Shopify and GA4
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in key performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively
• Familiarity with subscriptions, bundles, and retention-led growth models
