Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Growth Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to $20M+ in combined revenue within 18 months
• Launch one new high-converting bundle-based funnel per month and drive email and SMS contributions
• Lead a cross-functional ecommerce team and manage performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social
• Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M
• Experience with revenue and profitability targets
• Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify CMS
• Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization
