Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Growth, Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting $20M+ in combined revenue
• Build a repeatable growth machine utilizing bundles, paid media, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing
• Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering accountability and results

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
• Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
• Fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
• Deep understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and LTV
