Ecommerce Growth Director

Job Summary

Seeking a mission-driven Ecommerce Growth Director, the full-time remote position will manage Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms, focusing on scaling the ecommerce business to over $20M in revenue within 18 months through strategic growth initiatives and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting $20M+ in combined revenue
• Build a repeatable growth machine through bundles, paid media, and conversion rate optimization
• Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering accountability and results

Required qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
• Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
• Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
• Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and customer lifetime value
