Job Summary

Owning revenue generation, the full-time remote Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, manage in-house paid strategies across Google and Meta, and build email and lifecycle marketing programs to drive eComm sales for small business customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Own B2C and B2B SMB eComm revenue, setting targets and building plans to achieve them
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that convert SMB buyers without sales assistance
  • Build and manage email and lifecycle marketing programs that guide prospects from awareness to purchase
Required qualifications
  • 4 to 7+ years in growth or demand generation marketing with a B2B SMB eComm focus
  • Demonstrated revenue ownership with specific examples of campaigns and dollars generated
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns end-to-end without a sales team
  • Proven track record managing in-house paid campaigns on Google and Meta with budget accountability
  • Strong email and lifecycle marketing experience in HubSpot or a comparable platform
