Job Summary
Driving profit-first growth, the full-time remote eCommerce Growth Strategist will implement data-driven strategies, oversee cross-channel marketing efforts, and lead a dedicated pod team to help clients achieve scalable and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and present data-driven strategies aligned with clients' growth goals
- Guide the strategic use of paid marketing channels to drive scalable growth
- Lead and mentor a pod team to deliver aligned growth strategies and ensure quality execution
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Paid Social strategy, with DTC experience preferred
- Proven success managing ad budgets of $40k+/month
- Expertise in creative strategy, data analysis, and marketing fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with knowledge of key business metrics
- Strong leadership qualities and a client-centered mindset
