Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCommerce Initiatives Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement new digital capabilities and strategic initiatives
• Guide product teams in applying Agile practices to deliver features aligned with business priorities
• Monitor project dependencies and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce or digital-focused team
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment preferred
• Experience with both Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) business systems and web platforms
