Job Summary
To shape and optimize the entire customer journey for clients, the full-time Ecommerce Lifecycle Strategist will manage lifecycle campaigns, conduct marketing audits, and build personalized customer journeys in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage lifecycle campaigns from strategy to execution and analysis
- Conduct program and marketing audits, presenting findings and recommendations to potential clients
- Develop and implement strategies for each stage of the customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, retention, and advocacy
Required qualifications
- 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in customer lifecycle management or related fields
- Proven experience with email/SMS automation and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
