eCommerce Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operations of Shopify Plus storefronts, the full-time remote eCommerce Marketing Specialist will manage storefront updates, serve as the primary contact for franchisee operators, and collaborate cross-functionally to address operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings and content on Shopify Plus storefronts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee operators and internal teams regarding storefront access and troubleshooting
• Translate operational needs into practical storefront solutions through effective communication with internal teams

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital operations
• Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shopify Plus is a plus
• Ability to navigate platform settings and basic storefront configurations without custom coding
• Professional communication skills with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests simultaneously
