eCommerce Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee the systems that power their business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own configuration, setup, and ongoing health of all core commerce systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot connections across marketing, commerce, fulfillment, and customer success
• Document all systems, workflows, and dependencies to build repeatable processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems, technical operations, revenue operations, or eCommerce operations roles
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end commerce systems, including payment gateways and subscription management
• Proven ability to configure and execute directly inside platforms
• Experience maintaining system stability across the order payment fulfillment lifecycle
• Comfort working with and documenting system workflows and dependencies
