Ecommerce Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a seamless direct-to-consumer experience, the full-time remote Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee Shopify store operations, ensure customer clarity and satisfaction, and implement systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure clear communication regarding orders and shipping
• Oversee order operations, fulfillment, and resolve discrepancies to maintain timely delivery
• Audit website for accuracy, implement SOPs, and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations
• Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Understanding of Shopify apps and backend systems
• Proven ability to build systems and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment
