Job Summary

Taking full ownership of Shopify store operations, the full-time remote Ecommerce Fulfillment & Operations Manager will ensure a seamless customer experience by managing order fulfillment, maintaining store integrity, and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer experience management, including inquiries and order updates
• Monitor order operations and fulfillment, resolving issues related to inventory and delivery
• Audit and maintain store accuracy, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance across platforms

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations
• Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service
• Strong understanding of Shopify apps and backend systems
• Proven ability to build systems and implement automation
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
