Job Summary
Owning the performance and clarity of the Shopify store, the full-time remote Ecommerce Operations Manager will manage customer experience, streamline operations, and implement systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the direct-to-consumer environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of Shopify store operations and customer experience
- Audit the website for inconsistencies and ensure clear, accurate messaging
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational workflows
Required qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations
- Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service
- Strong understanding of Shopify apps, backend systems, and troubleshooting workflows
- Ability to simplify complex information through strong written communication
- Proven ability to build systems and implement automation in a fast-paced environment
