Job Summary

To ensure a seamless direct-to-consumer experience, the full-time remote Ecommerce Operations Manager will take ownership of Shopify store operations, manage customer inquiries, and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Shopify store operations and ensure clarity in customer communication
• Audit website integrity, resolving inconsistencies and managing order fulfillment processes
• Build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) while implementing automation to improve workflows

Required qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations
• Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service
• Strong understanding of Shopify apps and backend systems
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to identify inconsistencies
• Strong written communication skills for simplifying complex information
