Job Summary
Driving site performance through strategic merchandising and data-informed experimentation, the full-time Ecommerce Optimization Manager will own conversion metrics, manage product setup within Shopify, and lead A/B testing initiatives in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the merchandising strategy and execution across various site pages, ensuring optimal product placement and campaign alignment
- Manage the day-to-day optimization roadmap, identifying friction points and prioritizing high-impact tests to enhance conversion rates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive site experiences and timely launches
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, site management, or optimization, with a strong preference for Shopify experience
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals, including conversion funnel mechanics and UX best practices
- Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to interpret GA4 reports and A/B test results
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through independently
- Clear communication skills, capable of writing briefs and collaborating across creative, tech, and operations teams
