eCommerce Order Fulfillment Manager

Job Summary

Managing the eCommerce Order Fulfillment team, the full-time remote Manager will oversee fraud prevention, order processing, outbound shipping optimizations, and the returns experience while ensuring adherence to KPIs and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound eCommerce freight forecasts and budget
• Oversee the processing of eCommerce transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs
• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to achieve business goals and enhance the overall returns experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or applicable industry experience
• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in launching products
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, fulfillment, or order processing
• 5+ years of experience with fraud prevention tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated success managing a team of operations team members
