Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting with part fitment and order inquiries
• Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
• Collaborate with store leadership and other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check
• Must attend the entire paid training class
