Job Summary

Driving eCommerce growth, the full-time eCommerce Product Manager will develop strategic business plans, manage online assortment and merchandising, and lead initiatives to enhance marketplace performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and own the eCommerce five-year vision, focusing on customer needs and industry trends
  • Lead the development of the Annual and Strategic Business Plans aligned with commercial goals for the US and Canada
  • Evaluate marketplace expansions and manage the eCommerce assortment strategy to optimize profitability and customer demand
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or sales
  • Proven track record in eCommerce and omnichannel business with a deep understanding of trends and best practices
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to drive results and manage complex projects
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience working with sales and marketing teams to drive growth initiatives
