Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the ECommerce Sales Specialist will act as a primary sales resource for all web and ECommerce platforms, supporting business growth by engaging with sales and clients to promote the adoption of ECommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Acts as a primary Sales resource, assisting Account Managers and customers with ECommerce platform operations
  • Conducts requirements analysis to provide tailored ECommerce or web procurement solutions for clients
  • Creates and implements training programs for new and tenured Account Managers to enhance ECommerce knowledge
Required qualifications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of virtual meeting software and Adobe Acrobat
  • Understanding of common purchasing processes and workflows
  • Strong critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and develop effective ECommerce solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
