Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the ECommerce Sales Specialist will act as a primary sales resource for all web and ECommerce platforms, supporting business growth by engaging with sales and clients to promote the adoption of ECommerce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Acts as a primary Sales resource, assisting Account Managers and customers with ECommerce platform operations
- Conducts requirements analysis to provide tailored ECommerce or web procurement solutions for clients
- Creates and implements training programs for new and tenured Account Managers to enhance ECommerce knowledge
Required qualifications
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic knowledge of virtual meeting software and Adobe Acrobat
- Understanding of common purchasing processes and workflows
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and develop effective ECommerce solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
