• 3+ years as a consulting architect advising on search infrastructure
• Strong understanding of information retrieval concepts and search ranking algorithms
• Expertise in developing custom Elasticsearch queries and relevance tuning strategies
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools for search metrics
