Ecommerce Senior Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Shopify Plus storefront, the full-time remote Ecommerce Senior Manager will manage site operations, drive conversion rate optimization, and oversee technology projects to enhance the online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage storefront operations including product setup, promotions, and content to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
• Drive conversion rate optimization through continuous testing and improvements across the customer journey
• Oversee ecommerce technology projects from scoping to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in DTC ecommerce operations
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus storefront
• Direct experience with subscription platforms within the Shopify Plus ecosystem
• Experience managing ecommerce technology projects using Jira or similar tools
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and site performance
