Ecommerce Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of ecommerce and digital solutions, the remote contract Ecommerce Solutions Consultant will drive platform adoption, improve operational performance, and manage digital support tickets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage a portfolio of ecommerce and digital solutions, driving adoption and measurable usage improvements
• Develop and continuously improve processes for the digital storefront and associated applications
• Manage digital support tickets using ServiceNow and lead end-to-end implementation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 3-5 years of experience in a project or program delivery capacity is required
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflows is preferred
• Experience with Power BI for analysis is preferred
• Strong preference for experience supporting ecommerce platforms or enterprise systems
