Job Summary
Passionate about fashion and analytics, the full-time Cross Category Ecommerce Specialist will support the team in driving demand by enhancing the digital shopping experience, curating on-site content, and analyzing performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and test customer journeys for online events and promotions to boost traffic and conversion
- Provide performance reports and insights to optimize product presentation and site effectiveness
- Identify and troubleshoot site navigational issues while monitoring competitor trends for UX improvements
Required qualifications
