Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Ecommerce Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize ecommerce growth strategy for multiple high-growth DTC brands
• Partner with channel teams to align acquisition strategies with on-site experience and profitability
• Lead analytics and reporting to connect marketing outcomes to business goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, growth, or performance marketing
• Hands-on understanding of the DTC ecommerce stack including Shopify and GA4
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth across key performance metrics
• Familiarity with subscriptions, bundles, and retention-led growth models
• Experience with incrementality tests and advanced attribution models
