eCommerce Systems Manager

Job Summary

Owning the platforms that drive business operations, the full-time remote eCommerce Systems Manager will manage core commerce systems, ensure seamless integration across various functions, and translate business needs into effective SaaS-native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, setup, and ongoing health of all core commerce systems to ensure smooth order, payment, and fulfillment processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions and enable marketing and customer success teams to execute campaigns independently
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations and data flows across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting and operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems, technical operations, or eCommerce platform operations roles
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end commerce systems, including payment gateways and subscription management
• Proven ability to configure and execute solutions directly within platforms without relying on external vendors
• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing issues at the root level across data flows and integrations
• Fluency with AI tools for automating workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
