eCommerce Tech Lead - SAP Commerce

Job Summary

Leading the technical development of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) applications, the full-time remote eCommerce Tech Lead - SAP Commerce will manage coding standards, mentor a team of developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise eCommerce applications using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Serve as the technical lead for Agile development teams, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement approved solution designs and optimize application performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7-10 years of software development experience, with 4+ years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development
• Proven experience leading development teams on enterprise eCommerce projects
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and secure coding practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
