Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ecommerce Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage production support issues and collaborate with Support and Digital Technology teams
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing by creating test scripts and communicating outcomes
  • Monitor and resolve ecommerce failed orders, tracking system performance anomalies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Customer Service systems such as Salesforce, Sterling, and SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
