Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ecommerce Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage production support issues and collaborate with Support and Digital Technology teams
- Facilitate user acceptance testing by creating test scripts and communicating outcomes
- Monitor and resolve ecommerce failed orders, tracking system performance anomalies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Customer Service systems such as Salesforce, Sterling, and SAP
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
