Job Summary

Leading a multi-brand Shopify environment, the remote Ecommerce Vice President will own site strategy and roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and drive conversion rate optimization while ensuring a seamless customer experience across four brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site strategy and roadmap across multiple brands
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams in ecommerce, engineering, design, and CRO
• Drive conversion rate improvements through data-driven testing and optimization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of ecommerce experience with deep Shopify DTC expertise
• Proven track record of scaling a $100M+ DTC business
• Experience in managing subscription models and retention strategies
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to enhance team productivity
• Strong background functioning as an internal PM for engineering teams
