Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer support and order management
  • Monitor account health and perform basic reporting
  • Track inventory and assist with supply chain coordination
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role
  • Ability to work a US-based schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time
  • Access to a reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
  • Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations
