Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role
- Ability to work a US-based schedule of 8:00am-5:00pm Central Time
- Access to a reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
- Comfortable following structured problem-solving expectations
