Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ecosystem Development Associate / Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ecosystem projects, monitoring their success through analytics and conversations
• Lead new ecosystem projects through the onboarding process, ensuring understanding of products and best practices
• Maintain accurate records of project interactions and collaborate with internal teams to drive measurable business results

Required Qualifications

• Crypto Native with experience in the crypto space
• 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, with 3-5 years for Manager-level
• Experience using data to monitor customer health and identify growth opportunities
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts and driving success initiatives
