Job Summary

Driving pipeline creation and accelerating revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem, the full-time Ecosystem Growth Executive will lead outreach and enablement programs, collaborate with regional sales teams, and support strategic initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to effectively position Varicent
  • Develop Workday-sourced pipeline through direct outreach and marketing events
  • Act as the Workday subject matter expert, supporting sales strategies and co-sell execution
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, or business development roles
  • 3+ years of experience working with ecosystem partners, preferably Workday
  • Proven success in building pipeline through partner-led or co-sell motions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building skills and deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles
