Job Summary
Driving pipeline creation and accelerating revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem, the full-time Ecosystem Growth Executive will lead outreach and enablement programs, collaborate with regional sales teams, and support strategic initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to effectively position Varicent
- Develop Workday-sourced pipeline through direct outreach and marketing events
- Act as the Workday subject matter expert, supporting sales strategies and co-sell execution
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, or business development roles
- 3+ years of experience working with ecosystem partners, preferably Workday
- Proven success in building pipeline through partner-led or co-sell motions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA is a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills and deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles
