eCQM dCQM Measure Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an eCQM/dCQM Measure Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code, test, and maintain electronic clinical quality measures using Clinical Quality Language (CQL) and Fast Healthcare Interoperable Resources (FHIR)
- Translate quality measure specifications into CQL scripts and test against the FHIR data model
- Design, analyze, and implement statistical analysis and scientific testing on healthcare data to support the development and implementation of electronic clinical quality measures
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. degree with 0-3 years related experience or M.A., M.S., or M.P.H. or equivalent degree with 4-7 years related experience in health services research
- Knowledge of Fast Health Information Resource (FHIR), Clinical Quality Language (CQL), Quality Data Model (QDM)
- Knowledge and experience developing and implementing measure specifications
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite or the equivalent
- Experience translating measure specifications into computer code and generating reports desirable
