eCW to Epic Conversion Specialist
Job Summary
To support a large-scale healthcare technology initiative, the remote eCW to Epic Conversion Specialist will lead data conversion activities, analyze legacy eCW data, and develop source-to-target mapping documentation for a contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data conversion activities for eClinicalWorks (eCW) to Epic migration projects
- Analyze legacy eCW data and identify conversion requirements, dependencies, and potential risks
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and project leadership teams to define conversion scope and requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare IT data conversion experience
- Hands-on experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW) to Epic conversion projects
- Strong understanding of healthcare data migration methodologies and best practices
- Experience with source-to-target mapping, data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and testing
- Knowledge of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
