EDGAR Filing Agent

Job Summary

Responsible for converting and filing documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on EDGAR systems, the part-time EDGAR Filing Agent will manage EDGAR conversions, provide administrative support, and maintain working relationships with clients while working virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Converts and submits EDGAR filings, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely client review
• Assists with administrative tasks and maintains summary prospectus websites to adhere to SEC requirements
• Trains junior associates and serves as a point of contact for clients regarding EDGAR filing services

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience with SEC EDGAR filings
• Familiarity with Novaworks GoFiler or similar software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with a typesetter
