Job Summary
Responsible for converting and filing documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on EDGAR systems, the part-time EDGAR Filing Agent will manage EDGAR conversions, provide administrative support, and maintain working relationships with clients while working virtually.
Key responsibilities
- Converts and submits EDGAR filings, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely client review
- Assists with administrative tasks and maintains summary prospectus websites to adhere to SEC requirements
- Trains junior associates and serves as a point of contact for clients regarding EDGAR filing services
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience with SEC EDGAR filings
- Familiarity with Novaworks GoFiler or similar software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with a typesetter
